Principal Consultant (Manager) serves as the primary interface between the clients' senior management and consultants. Undertake dynamic project management and clearly define project deliverables, timeline, and methodology and lay out the project plan for a consulting project/engagement. Principal Consultants will lead junior team members in dealing with data collection, analysis tools and project sponsor update sessions.

Requirements: 

• MBA or other advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, other Graduate degrees).

• Solid track record of demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative.

• 12-15 years experience in Management Consulting or related experience. 

Senior Consultants are responsible for interacting with clients in order to understand their specific business issues, performing detailed analysis of these problems, creating financial modeling, performing benchmarking analysis and formulating appropriate solutions. Seasoned Senior Consultants assume responsibilities for client relationship and project management.

Requirements: 

• MBA or other graduate degree (Preferably from a Recognised University).

• 7-8 years experience, preferably in Management Consulting, Internal Audit or Financial Services industry.  Knowledge in Information Technology domain will be an added advantage.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and wilingness to take initiative.

• Excellent practical knowledge of the way organisations work and a very current awareness of management trends.

Consultants play a critical role developing hypotheses and validating them based on analysis of client data, external research and communications with client teams besides business process analysis. They also present findings to working-level client teams and help develop communications for senior management. Consultant typically grow into the Senior Consultant role, where they start taking independent ownership of all aspects of a client deliverable including data gathering, analysis and communication development.

Requirements: 

• Masters degrees with majors in economics, mathematics, engineering, information technology, operations research or related areas are preferred; Candidates with BA/BS degrees are also welcome to apply. 

• 4-5 years of consulting, audit, or similar analytical backgrounds preferred.

• Strong record of achievement, solid analytical skills, an hands-on approach to work.

• Excellent communications skills.

Analysts are integral to the consulting team, performing key support functions that utilize their analytical skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. Will also be involved in researching client-related industries. Experienced Analysts begin to develop their problem solving as well as client relationship skills.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree from top tier academic institution with strong record of achievement. 

• Desired areas of study include (but not limited to) Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and various Engineering disciplines.

• Solid analytical skills and hands-on approach to work.

• Good communication skills.
